Aleksandar Maćašev

Aleksandar Maćašev (b. 1971, Bečej, Yugoslavia) is a visual artist who practices both art and graphic design. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade in 1998. In the region of the former Yugoslavia he is probably best known for his Joseph Goebbels TM art project (www.goebbels.info). In 2010 Mikser Books published “Aleksandar Maćašev / Book”, a book that summarized fifteen years of work in the field of visual arts (www.macasev.com/book). In 2008 he moved to New York where he currently lives and works. His main focus is Chromapost project (www.chromapost.com).
