The song Free Pussy Riot is the author’s personal reflection on the imprisonment of the musicians that, through an engaged approach, wanted to sensitize the russian church dignitaries, but have become a political tool “in the name of orthodox church tradition” and after an excrutiating trial process ended up in prison. Because any such act is not and should not be admissible in any country on this planet, Ksenija Jus responded to these events through song and word. For those who carry messages through art should always and everywhere be accurately heard. Only time will tell, if the current russian authorities manage that in the future. With the aforementioned artists, they have unfortunately slipped.
